Great service

The age of my vehicle started showing recently and I had several repairs come up that were very costly. Honest-1 was able to quickly assess what the causes of the issues were and quickly repair my vehicle each time. The addition of being able to use a loaner vehicle from them was just icing on the cake. Each time I brought my vehicle in, Randy would remind me about the discounts they mail out (if you sign up for them) and ask if I had any of those coupons for the current project. I was given a detailed description of repairs that either need to be done to my car currently or that would come up in the future with estimates on the cost. There were a few times where Randy would flat out tell me not to worry about a specific repair simply because it would not endanger me or my passengers or shorten the lifespan of the vehicle any further to put it off for a while longer. I never felt like repairs for insignificant things were being added to increase the amount of money I had to spend with them. There was even one repair that I was told they simply couldn't pin down the exact cause with 100% accuracy. They fixed every symptom they could and I was instructed on what to monitor for the next few weeks. If I noticed any recurring symptoms, or if I had any other issues, I could return for a follow-up assessment free of charge. Randy even offered to do the inspection for those recurring symptoms free of charge if I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. No one ever wants to have to spend thousands of dollars on vehicle repairs, but if I ever have to do it again, I'm staring with Honest-1 Auto Care.

Their name is true, they have always serviced my vehicles for what I brought it there for. While they suggest things when they seem ready to be replaced they never try and force you to take care of it with them. They will scan your ABS or SRS codes for free as well.

Excellent service

I recently wrote a review stating that I used the seasonal special oil change ($49.99) and some of the items were not performed as advertised. I received a call from the manager the same day to sincerely apologize and offer for these items to be performed free of charge at my own convenience to make up for it. It was a genuine apology and much appreciated.
