Like the name implies these guys are honest! The staff is always upbeat and friendly and won't upsell you on things that do not need to be repaired. I have brought stuff there and had an overall great experience with people who are trustworthy. They are not pushy for you to get something fixed either.They just tell you what is wrong, quote it, and let you decide. This is my neighborhood go to place and would highly recommend it.

I was very fortunate to be able to bring my work truck into Honest 1 Diamond Lake Auto Repair. My truck is my lively hood, and it was doing a little bit of smoking in the rear. Honest 1 was able to get me in right away and got my truck all fixed up and ready to go. Not only was the work completed as promised but the staff is very friendly and great to work with. Explained everything.... Honest 1 Diamond Lake has my business going forward..

I like the service I receive at this location . But today Monday May 18 everyone was a no show. I think if your going to run an efficient well respected company your employees need to be on time. Most of us have scheduled appts. Had to leave so I didn't miss my appts. I'll try another location from now on.

Highly recommend ! They were friendly, fast, called when they said they would. They were reasonably priced. My vehicle has never run better.

This is my second time and Honest One and I must say it has been an outstanding experience. The guys here clearly care about their customers and are especially friendly. Besides the fair prices and amazing customer service, they also have the most inviting reception area Ive ever seen. Complete with comfortable chairs, TV, a children's play area, coffee and drinks, a PC and snacks! It has been so easy to do my homework here while waiting for my oil change. They are committed, dedicated and honest and truly do a great job. I highly recommend.

Rich gave great service. I have a VW Jetta TDI and often found service companies challenged to do simply work. Rich told me no problem and did it that day and reasonably priced. He also did my Ford F-150 with same results.

We have had a few service items repaired at this shop and have been very impressed. The first item was a fairly significant issue, and while it didn't quite get fixed on the first stop, the guys at the shop were great when we went back, took responsibility for the incomplete fix, and completed a fix without charging us for any duplicate work. Subsequent stops for lesser items have been very satisfying, as the shop worked hard to complete tasks in a short period of time, minimizing waits, and also completed work on short notice, which we really appreciate. The staff has always been pleasant, respectful, helpful, and has kept us updated. It's not easy to trust car repair services but this shop is really becoming a go-to place for us, which is especially helpful since we live right in the neighborhood.

Rich Fitzgerald and his colleagues are terrific at what they do. Diamond Lake Honest-1 staff are friendly, competent, and a pleasure to do business with. Their great amenities include a free snack and beverage station in the waiting room, a children's play area, and a complimentary loaner vehicle to use while yours is being worked on. Thumbs up!
