I was advised by the dealership to get front brakes and a new battery. Honest did the brakes but determined that I didn't really need a new battery. This was a substantial saving.

DON'T TRUST THIS LOCATION! This location is running a complete scam. They said my front and rear brakes were "almost metal on metal." I took my car home to have my dad change them and the brakes are still 80% there at least. They were going to charge me for new brakes and rotors. Here's the kicker, I looked back at my receipts and just over 2 years prior I had replaced the brakes and rotors with the honest 1 Uptown location. Would they even have changes the brakes or said they did and leave the old ones on? Is this guy pocketing the difference? Who know. The attached picture is of the brakes that are almost "metal on metal." Avoid this location at all costs.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD SERVICING A CAR!!! If I could given them a "0" review I would. They said they could fix things they couldn't (after repairs "done" on my car and they were demanding loaner car back or charges and me to pick up and pay or they'd impound my car, I went to pick up and the exact place that needed repair still broken - see pics below). They said they worked with insurance companies all the time, but couldn't figure out how to upload a simple PDF to State Farm's website. They said they were asking him to use his personal cell phone to upload to an app (they never said anything close to this, this is WHY they have a website). Store manager, Chris, lied time and time again (said his boss was out until after Christmas...just spoke to his boss tonight when I realized car not fixed, boss told me he was at home). Boss (Randy Rita)'s exact words to me on the phone were "SHUT UP AND LET ME SPEAK WOMAN!" This wasn't even 30 seconds in to the conversation, I had just started telling him my side of frustrations over the past 10 days and those were his exact words spoken in a yell. You would think a boss would have some level of professionalism, but I haven't felt this level of misogyny in quite some time. Horrible customer service and definitely, definitely, definitely NOT HONEST. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. ADDENDUM (12/23/22): And now they won't talk to my insurance to discuss charges because, per insurance, I "left a bad (but 100% accurate) review" as above. Put in a battery and charged $240 without any checking with or consent from me and told me I have to pay all charges in order to get my car back. The awfulness continues...

Honest-1 was amazing! I happen to get a day off of work and needed an oil change bad! I hopped over there and the gentleman squeezed my service in-between others and got it done so quickly! He even printed off my car fax for me, at no extra charge. He wasn't pushy at all and was very informative. I will definitely be back!

Tried to get a quote was told "they don't give quotes over the phone" first place I heard of that says that for an alternator. They wanted me to come in and pay for the diagnostic even though I told them I knew what it was and that I would like for them just to perform the work I asked for. Wasted all that time (about 4hours) which could have been avoided had they just given me a ball park estimate, just to find out they're about 400-500$ MORE expensive then literally anywhere else. For being "honest" they sure do beat around the bush

Last week we ran over an object in the road and stopped at this shop because it was the closest. They were able to fit us in and repair both tires. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the waiting area was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
