I have used Honest 1 for oil changes, as well as other maintenance issues. The team there is extremely helpful, and communicative. While they're working on my vehicle, they've called me to detail problems they may have found, and offer recommendations on how to address the issue. If they do not have a part in-house, they let me know the steps they will take to acquire the part, and give an updated time estimate as to when to expect the work to be completed. Every team member I have interacted with at this location has been really nice, and very professional. Great shop!

Once again this auto shop has come through for me. Chris has been very helpful on everything that I need to have done. They live up to the name honest One.

I got an estimate for 2000 for work to be done on my van. I then called the dealership and ran the estimate past them, and they could do the same work for 1538. When I went to pick up my vehicle from Honest-1 Auto Care, they were able to match the dealership's estimate. Problem is, that should have been the first estimate they gave me, not in response to a lower price. Hardly honest.

I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care! My car unexpectedly broke down. The staff were able to talk me through what had happened with my car, and fix it within a day. Additionally, they offered a loaner car while my car was being fixed! All of the staff--especially Jim--were very kind. I'll gladly go back if my car needs repairs in the future.

Extremely convenient services with friendly staff. They texted updates regarding inspection and service estimate. They were forthcoming about work that needed to be done versus what was not necessary.

I’ve had a good relationship with these guys for a while now. They’re transparent, upfront, and willing to work with you to get the job done. It’s nice having an auto shop you feel good about.
