I’ve been taking my car to Honest-1 for a few years. It’s 15 years old now and has over 150k miles so it has needed quite a bit of maintenance. While the prices aren’t always the cheapest, they are consistent and reliable. They have good availability and get things done efficiently. They explain things when I ask questions, and while there always seems to be a list of more suggested maintenance, I don’t feel like they push me into getting extra unnecessary work done. They help me decide what to prioritize when I’ve had multiple costly repairs, and they get things done on time. When they have messed up, they have always done their best to rectify the situation. Dealing with car repairs and maintenance is never fun, but the folks at Honest-1 make the process significantly easier.

The folks at Honest-1 were quick to help fix trailer bearings the day I called in. I would certainly recommend them for great and quick service!

I didn’t actually get my car serviced but they diagnosed my car free of charge and I very much appreciate them taking the time. I’d definitely come back to get it serviced in the future! Their lobby area was quite nice and their prices (for the quotes I got of the issues) seemed fair. Only reason i didn’t have it serviced was the parts that needed replacing I had a warranty on somewhere else.
