I have been a loyal customer for 4 years+. However, I have to stop bringing my car here after today's 4-hour oil change. Today, Chris, the Assistant Manager, made a derogatory comment about the neighborhood - my neighborhood - and refused to wear a mask contrary to Mayor Frey's order. After pricing out some routine maintenance here and with Walser, Walser was OVER $1000 cheaper. Yes, the dealer was cheaper. While I've always liked Nick, the Manager, Chris' behavior and comments mixed with the overpriced maintenance, I'll find a different repair shop.
