Quick work any time I go here for any reason. Usually it’s to swap out my wheels and tires seasonally as it was this time. Dropped off at 2:30pm on a Friday, hoping to have it done by the time I started work at 6pm. They called me an hour later to let me know it was finished and that alignment wasn’t necessary so no charge for that part. I’ve never had a problem here. I was very surprised they were able to slip me in and out so quickly. Keep up the good work guys!!

I am a long time customer of Honest1 Diamond Lake Auto repaire shop. Normally I gave it a 5 starts but this time is 3 for good repairing but billing and pricing. I had been charger $172.02 for full syn oil change itshelf alone. When i came back asking about the charge, the front desk person refund me $ 72.02 after looking on history of my oil change. ( $100 after subtrac coupon for normal full syn tech oil changs is so expensive compairing with other shop around are. I am not asking for Mobil 1 oil as this time. I am not sure how this happen and how much confident i can stay with expensive charge repaire shop

Incredibly dishonest shop. Apparently they were able to delete my review from 10 months ago? So lets try this again. I can provide proof of business here. My transfer case locked up 2 blocks from them exiting HWY 62, Being the closest shop I got it towed here on Sunday night (they were closed). I called them Monday telling them the situation, My entire driveline was seized (front and back tires) and the truck would not move at all, as well a letting them know I left my keys in the gas cap area. Because everything was locked up and couldn't drive, I told them I could tow it elsewhere but they insisted they will diagnose it and they could winch it on a flatbed and shimmy it off into the shop. Which was assuring, as I wasn't sure how'd they get it inside the shop from the parking lot I came in Friday to grab some belongings out of the truck, They couldn't find my keys. Realizing they hadn't even retrieved them from the gas cap where I hid them... This is the first red flag after 4 days of having my truck. The following Tuesday I get a call from the manager I spoke with throughout this whole experience, Quote "we went to drive your truck into the shop and the transfer case blew up" My response being, "you tried to drive my truck into the shop? Manager "Well how else are we supposed to get it in the shop" I screamed at him telling him he mentioned winching it on a flatbed and shimming it off into the shop because all the wheels were locked up, He realized what he told me, fumbled his words and made up a lie stating he just hooked it up to a scan tool and not actually trying to drive it. Note, I really got on it trying to move the truck when it broke down and it would not budge, So I can only imagine how far they revved the truck before it just blew up. Shady shady shop, They still charged me a $109 Diagnostic fee for putting my truck in drive and blowing up my transfer case. COMPLETE lack of accountability, Also deleting my original review..? There was a way to go about what they did but this is just unacceptable, I towed the truck to my house and swapped out what they blew up, They also tried to pry out my shift cable thinking it would let the vehicle roll? So I lost reverse for 2 months until I was able to get this part as well. Just a shi* show

Phil G It is unfortunate that your GMC transfer case locked up and had to be towed in (could additional damage have happened in the towing process). You stated that “you really got on it trying to move the truck when it broke down and it would not budge” (did this add to the damage of the transfer case). We did attempt to move the truck, but the damage was done long before it was left for us to look at. The transfer case was empty of fluid and must have been making noise long before it locked up. As for removing your review from Google we do not have that power, Google does. We have reviews that go back nine years plus. If your Google review was removed, you would need to contact Google. Your Diagnostic fee was $87.18 which is the time we have invested, and the rest would be taxes to the total of $99.01.
