Honest 1 was a unique car experience: From the continual customer service, to the shuttle rides to and from home, to the communication throughout the process the experience was excellent. My repair even came in under bid. It's been a great experience.

I've tried all the other oil change places and this by far was the best experience. The work was done on time and the person I talked to explained the work and inspection notes cleearly without putting the pressure on. Place was clean and welcoming, with good coffee and snacks too!

I felt like they were straightforward with their recommendations, not pushy, and at no point did I feel like they were recommending services that were unnecessary.

It's rare to fined a place that could live up to that name. I brought my car in for a brake noise that i thought was coming from the rear pads being worn out. After their inspection was done the advisor asked me to ccome out and look at the vehicle with him. At this point I'm thinking great this has to be bad. We went out to the shop and he showed me that the pads were actually fine and the problem was some kind of hardware and that they could replace just the hardware and clean everything up. I was out the door an hour latter for under $100. They could have just kept me in the lobby and sold me a $300 brake job and I never would have known the difference. Thank you guys for being honest about what was needed you have earned all my future buisness.
