As the name implies, they've been very honest in my experience. I've been bringing my car there for a few years for oil changes, however recently I had to bring in my car for an emergency pair of new tires and rather than only quoting me a direct replacement of the existing tires (which were apparently the most expensive ones you could get for the car, go figure) they also provided me with some comparable but considerably more affordable options.

Needed some semi-urgent work done on my (new to me) Volvo. Dropped it off after work one day and got a call later giving me a detailed explanation of the problem and what the solution would cost me. I told them to go ahead with the work and the car was finished promptly. I personally inspected the work with a mechanic buddy of mine and found no flaws of any kind. Very professional job overall, just a little high on price. Even with the 3 year warranty I still feel the price was a little steep. Would certainly trust my vehicle with these guys again.

Car stalled and they got it in on a Saturday late! Felt comfortable regarding their opinion and knowledge. Very fast service and no pressure to fix everything they find wrong. Extremely nice and friendly, prompt responses! Pat especially was great to work with. Would recommend in the Minneapolis area!

Friendly, efficient and informative. Had a quick oil change and a free inspection of my truck. Quoted me on work that could be done but didn't pressure me. Infact informed me that with the condition that the frame was in it would probably be a waste of money. I would highly recommend their service!

Polite and very upfront with pricing

My normal shop was busy,so I tried Honest-1 and was pleasantly surprised. The AC recharge was reasonable and didn't try to push a bunch of repairs on me. I'll definitely use them again. Give them a try!
