Not only will these guys cause more problems to your vehicle while fixing what you came in for, but they will charge way too much to do it. I had a muffler replaced here and after the replacement I suddenly had an exhaust leak somewhere else in the system. I should have learned my lesson, but no I brought it back and had my rear brakes replaced and suddenly my e-brake was sticking. It was working 100% perfectly before I brought it in. They denied that it was their fault and wouldn't own up to it. I was forced to pay to replace my e-brake cable. I would have taken it elsewhere, but I had to have it done asap since I was leaving town. My final try with these guys was when I tried to do the front brakes on my girlfriends vehicle and I couldn't get the right wheel off. I had bought the pads and rotors and replaced the left side, but one of the lug nuts on the right wheel was stuck. I was out of time and needed it done, so I called to see if they would finish the job using the parts I had already bought. They said it's against their policy. I told them I have spent thousands there in the past few months and asked if they could make an exception. They said no. I hung up. They called back and said that the owner was willing to make an exception. Why now? Because you saw how much money you were making off of me and decided it would be worth it to retain my loyalty? So you can continue to rip me off? NO THANKS!!! Words of wisdom: Don't eat at a place called "Mom's" Don't play card's with a guy named "Doc" and Don't do business at a place called "Honest"

This was the easiest car experience i have ever had. I dropped my car off and they were able to take me back home and pick me up when they were finished, i never been to a auto shop that does that and i thought that was really nice. They were able to figure out what is wrong and get it fixed all in the same day. I never have good luck with cars but they made it so easy!

Chris, the Asst. Mgr is always very accommodating when I need to make an appt. I live quite a distance so I usually stay in the lobby. It is always clean and frequently has snacks. Coffee etc. The mechanics take pride in thete work and always go beyond the standard. I know they are a bit more expensive but they use new parts a d offer coupons. I like having all my work done at the same shop for record keeping history.

Friendly, prompt customer service. Also have good coffee (very important if U are waiting), & snacks.:)

Got my vehicle’s ac recharged and was able to drop it off one day and pick up the next. Works like a charm. They also did a vehicle check and gave my a heads up about a few things going on with my vehicle! Thanks Chris!
