I've been in twice for oil changes and they tried to sell me unnecessary repairs each time

John, every oil change gets a complete comprehensive inspection, and we look up scheduled maintenance recommended by the vehicle manufacturer during your visit. We use Pro Demand a third-party site for manufacture recommendations, we can supply you a copy of the Pro Demand recommendation. The choice of completing the recommended services is up to the customer, we just want to ensure we inspect and inform you about your vehicle! It is never our intention to sell unnecessary repairs.
